Retronix have exciting opportunities available now for school leavers interested in joining our team as production operators

This role is perfect for those looking to join a workplace where they can challenge themselves and learn new skills. This position is not only an opportunity to learn and grow but also a fantastic chance to delve deep into the workings of the company, with progression opportunities across many of the department’s functions.  This is a full time job, 38 hours a week.

You will learn how to perform various tasks, from routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment to monitoring machine performance and efficiency. The role will be supported through on the job training by your line manager, the wider team and external training where required. Once fully trained, you will be responsible for carrying out these tasks on a day to day basis. 

We are looking for hands on individuals who are organised, have good communication skills and are confident using IT equipment such as a computer.
